The fact is, about a third of US adults don’t drink at all, or they drink so occasionally as to qualify as nondrinkers. I’ve noticed how difficult it can be for some patients in addiction treatment to believe that.

Presumably, a licensed facilitator would be required to sign a code of ethical conduct, and would be subject to suspension or loss of license in the event they were found guilty of misbehavior.
